Indemnification: Contributors and sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Country Stocks from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their submitted content.
3. Country Stocks’ Role and Liability
Marketplace Platform: Country Stocks acts solely as a platform connecting contributors or sellers and buyers. We do not claim ownership of the content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or quality.
Liability Limitation: Country Stocks is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from the use or purchase of content on our platform. Users engage with the content at their own risk.
