Rows of worshippers perform ruku (bowing position) during Tarawih prayer at Amr Ibn Al-As Mosque in Old Cairo, Egypt, photographed at night during Ramadan. The mosque, founded in 641 CE, is the oldest mosque in Africa and one of the most significant Islamic landmarks in Egypt. The illuminated central ablution fountain and the mosque's golden dome are visible in the background against the night sky.
