Two young Egyptian boys swim and play in the Nile River at Al-Qanater Al-Khayreya (القناطر الخيرية), a popular riverside destination north of Cairo known for its historic barrage and public gardens. Shot in black and white, one boy stands smiling against a stone wall while the other swims in the river. The scene reflects a common summer tradition among Egyptian youth — cooling off in the Nile to escape the intense summer heat.
