A young boy smiles at the camera while holding a small falcon (kestrel) in his hand near the hot air balloon launch site in Luxor, Upper Egypt. Multiple colorful hot air balloons are visible inflating in the background, a signature tourist activity along the West Bank of Luxor. Falconry and bird handling are traditional practices in the region, and local children are often seen near the balloon launch area interacting with tourists.
