Close-up view of fishing nets and clay pottery vessels suspended from the wooden hull of a Roman ship model on display at the Greco-Roman Museum in Alexandria, Egypt. The exhibit recreates the daily tools and onboard equipment used by ancient Roman sailors, including rope-hung ceramic pots and woven fishing nets. The Greco-Roman Museum, located on Museum Street behind the old governorate building in Alexandria, houses one of the most important collections of Greco-Roman antiquities in the Mediterranean region.
