Traders and buyers crowd around open wooden crates of freshly landed fish during the daily wholesale auction at Ezbet El Borg (عزبة البرج) fish market, Damietta. A market official is seen recording bids on paper as buyers inspect the catch on the ground. Ezbet El Borg is one of Egypt's principal Mediterranean fishing ports and a major distribution hub for fresh seafood across the Delta region.
