The interior of the Hanging Church (Al-Moallaqa), one of the oldest and most significant Coptic Christian churches in Egypt, located in Mar Girgis, Old Cairo. The image shows ornate wooden pews with Coptic cross carvings, decorated stone arches with intricate mosaic detailing, hanging chandeliers, and a row of saints' icons along the upper walls. Visitors are seated and exploring the nave of the church, which dates back to the 3rd–4th century AD and is built atop the southern gatehouse of the Roman Babylon Fortress.
