Two hospital workers push a heavy flatbed cart loaded with stacked labeled supply boxes across the tiled outdoor courtyard of the Italian Hospital (Umberto I), located at 17 El-Sarayat Street, Abbasiya, Cairo. The image is captured from an elevated angle, showing the workers in uniform casual wear navigating the institutional grounds. The Italian Hospital (Moustashfa El-Italiano) is one of Cairo's oldest and most historically significant medical institutions, established in the late 19th century.
