A large illuminated violin sculpture decorated with string lights stands beside the seated statue of Mohamed Abdel Wahab, one of Egypt's most celebrated composers and musicians, in the outdoor grounds of the Egyptian Opera House (Dar Al-Opera Al-Masriya) in Zamalek, Cairo. The scene is captured at night during a New Year celebration, visible from the decorative signage on the violin installation. The neoclassical facade of the Opera House is lit in the background, framed by mature trees under a deep blue night sky.
