White-sand beach at Stella Heights (Stella Heights Village) on Egypt's North Coast, showing a single swimmer in vivid turquoise Mediterranean waters under a partly cloudy blue sky. The North Coast (Al-Sahel) stretches west of Alexandria and is one of Egypt's most popular summer resort destinations, known for its clear shallow waters and fine white sand.
