Two vintage vinyl record covers produced by Sono Cairo (Sawt Al-Qahira), Egypt's landmark music label, photographed at Diana Market (Suq Diana) in Wust El-Balad (Downtown Cairo) near Diana Palace Cinema. The foreground cover features Umm Kulthum — known as Kawkab Al-Sharq (Planet of the East) — labeled as a 33 RPM disc, with the Sono Cairo logo visible. Behind it is a green cover for Najat Al-Saghira. Both artists are central figures of the golden era of Egyptian and Arab classical music from the mid-20th century.
