A Tanoura (التنورة) dancer performs the traditional Egyptian whirling folk dance at an outdoor tent venue inside the Navy Club on the Nile in Zamalek, Cairo. The performer wears a vibrant orange layered skirt and balances a large LED-illuminated spinning disc overhead, a contemporary variation of the classic Tanoura performance. Guests are seated at surrounding tables under a white canopy tent during what appears to be a private event or dinner show.
