A narrow mud-brick corridor inside a traditional pottery workshop in Garris Village, Ashmoun district, Al-Monofeya Governorate, Egypt, densely packed floor-to-ceiling with hundreds of unfired clay pots (Qulal) and vessels arranged in rows on the ground and on wooden shelves. A craftsman is visible at the far end of the passage, working among the raw pottery pieces. This storage scene documents the pre-kiln stage of traditional Egyptian hand-thrown pottery production, a craft deeply rooted in Nile Delta village heritage.
