3. Country Stocks’ Role and Liability
Marketplace Platform: Country Stocks acts solely as a platform connecting contributors or sellers and buyers. We do not claim ownership of the content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or quality.
Liability Limitation: Country Stocks is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from the use or purchase of content on our platform. Users engage with the content at their own risk.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely.
Refunds are granted only under our Refund Policy.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms, intellectual property laws, or community standards.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once content has been downloaded.
Refunds May Be Granted If:
You purchased but were unable to access the file.
The file is corrupted or significantly differs from its description.
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled before the download link is accessed.
Contributors can remove content, but licenses already purchased remain valid.
